It will come on power faster, but fall on it's face in higher RPMs. Area under the curve is reduced meaning while it might FEEL a bit faster on the bottom end, you're slower overall...

Server 2003 is nice and lighweight (makes a better gaming OS than XP/Vista/7) but I run 7 now since I Server 2003 looks dated and you have to jump through hoops to get certain things to install. I'm using nearly as much RAM running one Windows 7 :rofl:
