It will come on power faster, but fall on it's face in higher RPMs. Area under the curve is reduced meaning while it might FEEL a bit faster on the bottom end, you're slower overall...
Server 2003 is nice and lighweight (makes a better gaming OS than XP/Vista/7) but I run 7 now since I Server 2003 looks dated and you have to jump through hoops to get certain things to install.

It will feel more lively because it's more direct and doesn't have as much parasitic drag, but from a dead stop autos are faster because they shift faster.
It would be different if it was normal workplace. They would be fired more than likey. This is all the worse because it's YOUR MONEY that pays these asshats to sit around and steal 9 hours of pay.
