Don't get the parts store one, they have one to cover NA and Turbo and it's tiny. Stock turbo fanclutch is far larger and has more cooling fins. It may be cheaper than a stock one from the dealer, but the original lasted 20 years...
If you're taking core classes as well through UTI, I'd keep going and get a degree as a fall back.
Lots of people get burned out of the mechanic business, and a desk job to fall back upon would be a good thing.

I know it's not what you plan, but things don't always happen the way you plan them. I know a lot of guys that have gone to UTI only to be changing oil because the downturn in jobs. Less dealerships so less jobs, and with people watching their money they're more likely to put off repairs or go...

I believe he could actually drill a small hole at the end of the crack to stop it from spreading if he really wants to do anything about it.
That's why you don't assemble the flywheel/clutch/pressureplate on the motor. Put the PP and clutch disk on the tranny shaft, put the tranny in, and then tighten the PP to flywheel through the inspection plates (like in the TSRM)

Now if you're putting in small projectors and the headlights don't have to come up as much that would be different. Is that what you mean?
