Did they include an ECU as well? That sounds kinda fishy they give you an ECU with no harness or vise versa. Unless you purchased just the engine or engine/trans combo.

Was the 500 city? highway? both? I hear 500 city miles is the break in. Stop and go traffic. If its 500 highway then its not truly fully broken in. you could have possibly glazed the clutch. Making it slip. I know there are some instructions from a store hpf or something that if a clutch...
