It looks good, but as usual the devil is in the details. I looked at the site and could not find any info on how well the filter performs...just the marketing crap from the above link.
There are two SAE tests that will give you an idea how well a filter performs:
SAE J806 - Tests the...
Learned something recently...the stud nuts are 9/16" 12 pt

Just so happens a 14mm 12 pt will work as well ;)
What kind of motor you talking about...a SBC?
The 7M is shim over buckets...the TSRM calls them valve lifters. The lifters should not need replacement...shims as required to meet spec. Here's how to check valve clearance:

Typically you will hit fuel cut (code 34) at ~12 psi on a stock AFM...you're pretty close to that, but may have a small leak. It could be your IC has a leak. Also check your BOV, the TB coupling to the 3000 pipe, and gaskets on the upper intake manifold. Two gaskets...between upper/lower...

An alternate source for valve shims...
What happens is you delay the coolant getting to ops temp (176-210)...this extends the time the ECU stays in warm-up enrichment. You want to run a thermostat...180 deg is fine for hot climates; for most the stock 190 is appropriate.
Poodles - Good to see some of you guys are paying attention...makes the effort worthwhile ;)
Turbo2 - RP is fine for your LSD...if you like your tranny, go with one of the GL-4 oils I listed in the above thread. I like Red Line MT-90.
Yep...the under tray keeps air flowing through the rad. Without it, air will take the path of least resistance and that is not through your radiator ;)
SM74 - You're not using a BVSV to control vapor purge from the charcoal canister?
MkIIIman is correct...you can cap the throttle body port that attaches to that hard line on the "tree". It's the only one used for the EGR (assuming you don't have an EGR). The rest of the tree uses a...
Say what?!?!
The fuel pressure up system is only suppose to work when the engine is hot...you could actually disconnect it and likely not have a problem. It is there to clear the fuel system of any vapor like JJ said...a hard start on a hot summer day comes to mind. I'd like...
With that size line using a single filter/cooler circuit, your pressure is pretty good...the flow is what's really important. I'm thinking you've got plenty of flow/volume ;)
Did you shim your oil pump relief valve?
It is a very good thing you did not use that oil...it would not have...
Refresh my memory...are you using the stock filter head to feed your dual set-up and oil cooler? Did you shim the oil pump? What brand oil are you using? Your oil pressure hot is really not bad ;)
The straight 30W would have been better, but you shouldn't have a problem.
Sorry...I assumed you did the initial break-in. Read this thread:

You want to use a sraight 30W oil...not a multigrade...I would think the 40W you have is a multigrade. You don't want the viscosity improvers that a multigrade...
