    Aluminumized connecting rods?

LOL...NOT what I was thinking ;) That's a bummer man...going lean and melting a piston will ruin your whole day. Let us know what happened.

    Aftermarket Crankshaft

No one...it's a custom piece done by a machine shop that has the equipment to re-balance the crank.

    Turbo automatic question

The A340E is the same for the turbo and NA motors. It is actually better holding boost for the turbo motor due to the speed at which it shifts...you don't have to let up on the gas like you do with a manual. A well built A340 will beat a manual tranny (same HP motors) on a straight run every...

Speedo not working, O/D light flashing

It's the #1 speed sensor located in the speedo...usually the result of an inop speedo. A broken cable is the usual cause, but since your odometer is working, that is probably not it. Might want to check the cable where it engages the speedo for a good connection or if it's rounded out where...

    Ford Gear (LSD) Oil

You actually want both...Ford 75W-90 does not have the friction modifier required for an LSD in it. (Red Line and RP does). And yes, the Ford stuff is expensive...like most things you get at the dealer ;)

Post up pics of your garage/work area!

Thanks man...I just about finished with the house/patio work to keep CINC House happy. The shop reorg has hit the top of the agenda now...the shop is 55'x35' w/ a 15' ceiling. Plenty of room, but getting everything organizied is a PITA!

    oil cooler sizing and lines

Cooler is slightly small, but should work...def upgrade over a stock size 7M cooler. AN-10 lines will not be a problem.

    Mixing synthetic and dino oil

    1) No, you will not hurt it...you do want to use the same SAE grade if possible. The big thing here is not to run low on oil (that can ruin your whole day)...I will put whatever I can get to get the car home in that case. 2) Yes, eventually you will dilute the oil already in the car to the...

    Who does good work?

Rich is a machinist...for any work, you'll deal directly with him...he doesn't farm machine work out. He's working on my 7M head (extensive mods) and a full treatment on my crank. He made the crank girdle for what is likely the highest HP 7M on this forum. Quality wise, you're not going to...

    Stock Differential Capacity??

Yep...MT90 in the tranny is good stuff. In the differential, using 75W-90 has caused clatter in a few cases...depends on how worn the LSD is. I'm not saying don't use it (I do as well...in a new LSD), just be aware of the possibility.

    Head bolt length
