    New CF-Hood for MKIII

Trust me, you'll know when you see them... Well said. I'd say save your money for a real one guys. Who knows, maybe Shine will end up making hoods for the Mk3 someday. ;)

    Sluggish Starts

Told you. :) Poodles brings up a good point though, I have yet to drive ANYTHING with an auto trans that was anywhere near as fun as my 88 was. VERY intelligent setup they had going on there.

    1jzgte 5speed still r-154 right?

Holy thread bump Batman! I don't think any of the antiques around the house are as old as this one... :biglaugh: While we're here though, a word of caution, if your R154 came out of a JZA70, it's gonna have a speedometer gear for a 4.10 axle, as the nice police officer with his radar will point...

    quick turbo pressure sensor question

Well, you say the stock boost gauge sensor isn't hooked up to a vacuum line, but it is hooked up through the harness? Mine's the exact opposite, vacuum hooked up, wiring is not, mine's idling fine, no codes. Might give that a shot, although I suspect that your problem lies elsewhere. Have you...

    New CF-Hood for MKIII

The day I believe that a company like VIS who won't even let you test fit a hood to sell a product FOR them is designed better than something Top Secret has made is the day that the flying crocodiles return to hunt us down...

Any tips to straighten crushed heater core tube?

Here's a tip for ya Cyrus, just bypass your heater. God knows you don't need it in AZ, even during the coldest parts of January. However, that does sound like the root of the problems you've been trying to trace down with your coolant issues. :) That said, I would recommend some sort of VERY...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Brokaw, you're gonna be fine with that setup. Could even go with 255/35 up front if you wanted without issue. Could also go with 275/35 rear, you'd be right on the edge of needing to roll the fender though...

Polyurethane Trans mounts for an 89' supra?

I can't say I've ever seen the A340 used in quite that fast of a car before. Besttrans on here is probably the guy to go to as far as automatics go. If I'm not mistaken I believe they've had one into the 11's on an A340, but don't quote me on that one. But hey, if it holds up, AWESOME. If not...

    quick turbo pressure sensor question

Hmm... did you pull the sensor located between the brake master cylinder and shock tower, or the one that most people put on the firewall? If it's the first one, I have no idea what would cause your rpms to drop, but if it's the latter, you likely pulled your MAP sensor. I believe you and I have...

Anyone else have a Foam Spoiler?

I've seen them before, but not on a Supra... Kinda reminds me of that recycled rubber they use on playgrounds, all in chunks and glued together?

    New CF-Hood for MKIII

Don't like the Onthebeat hood Poodles? Granted, the only pictures I've seen of it were on rhdjapan's website, and a couple I managed to dig up off OTB's own site, but I can't get a good enough picture to really say whether I like it or not.

    Sluggish Starts

There's also a button to the side (I believe side, been a LONG time since I drove an auto Supra) of the shifter that allows you to switch between sport and economy modes. Suitcase, I will give you a warning from experience here... once you start modifying your Supra, you'll probably never stop...
