STAY OFF MY POST!!
But seriously, you'll be good with those stock parts for realistic HP goals. What mods have you done so far, and what are your "future" mods.
I connected it to IG off of the ignitor and got a signal. If you're looking at the ignitor side of the harness plug then it's the solid yellow wire. If you're looking at the main harness side of the plug then it's the solid black wire. Hope that helps you.
IGT does exist. I don't see an IG. Where is it?

Ok, ok. I see IG coming off the ignitor. One is going to the tachometer, the other to the check connector. I'll find it and tap into it. Thanks guys.
Alternate site I like a little better. You can scroll down through the pages instead of clicking next page all the time.

Not yet. I'm going to be running the factory AFM until I get it figured out. Plus I need my laptop back to plug it in and see what the MAP ECU is doing. I just might borrow my neighbors, wire it to the test connections, and see what it's doing. Maybe this weekend. It runs ok on the stock AFM...
I've got mad welding skilz y0! Don't be hatin.
Obviously I don't. But it's functional. I stitch welded it. Not a good idea for flux cored wire, but it's not a structual piece. Just an intake pipe.
E.T. Streets, auto tranny launching with 6psi off the converter, 4.30:1 rear & 310whp.
Very nice. Congratulations on focusing on cutting a good sixty footer rather than trying to horsepower your way through the traps. That makes all the difference.
Are all 89+ turbo models ECU pinout diagrams created equal? I have a 1991 Supra turbo.
I have this MAP ECU that is not getting an RPM signal. Until it does it will not tell the stock ECU what to do with the injectors. So my car ran as if it didn't have the AFM plugged in. I had to reinstall...
I borrowed my friends welder and put it on my welding car. Tomorrow I'll weld up my make shift intake pipe. What.... hatin on my cart? I know it's not a Radio Flyer, but it'll do for now.
Sorry to hear that Travis. Service advisor is a really good paying job, but it is very stressful. I had a friend that did it for Ford for almost 15 years before he changed careers. It's going to be very hard finding another job that paid as much as the one you had. If I were you I'd still...
What were you doing at Honda, and how did you screw that up?
I fixed the leak. I just pulled off the CHRA and left the turbine on the manifold. Tightened everything good, and bolted it back up.
You guys remember me talking about my custom bottom falling out of the muffler exhaust...
HAPPY EASTER guys! Have a good one and drive safe out there. Cops all over the place for the holiday weekend.
A little car update. Put a new o-ring on the dipstick tube with a little black rtv silicone. Starter her up and she still leaks. Looked a little further into it and now a can...
This morning I was looking through the tranny inspection area while my wife was pushing on the clutch pedal. The pin is on the clutch fork, and is pushing it at about 1/2 - 5/8" at best. I'm wondering is that enough to disengage the clutch. There's still evidence of it leaking though. I...
Thanks. I'll go ahead and take one. I'll also need to make a make-shift intake pipe. I'm going to hook up my stock AFM for the time being so I can get this car on the road and break in the new motor. I was thinking of gettting one section of 3" exhaust pipe 18"s in length, and two of your 3"...
I did a little research on my old laptop that I'm waiting to get back. I don't have a serial port either. I'm going to have to run an adapter myself. I just hope it works.
