Dodge egineers need to be SHOT!!!!!!!

The hell? Under the intake? It's on TOP of the back side of the motor? Who thought that was a good idea??? Hmm... I guess it leaves room for exhaust, without putting the starter below the oil pan so you can get good clearance, but...

    weekly car debate thread.

Proper proportions, but not what I'd call a proper Bently... at least it looks right though. :) New car discussion for the week? How about a "what if" scenario, cars that few, if any of us could afford, but would love to have a chance at...

    Well the wife says.....

I've been in your shoes, for a while anyway. I at one point, had a 1979 Celica (nearly mint), 1984 Mk2, 1989 Mk3, and 2001 SS Camaro. Sold off the Celica since I had nowhere to keep it (and it was an auto, killed the fun it could have been), and eventually got rid of the SS too. Once I got the...

    Wiring Harness

Well I certainly wouldn't buy anything but parts from them, and even then, only from Wes, and I believe there was one other guy there that knows his Supras and used to give us a pretty good deal on parts. Still remember last time I stopped there for parts, on my way out, the old, corroded...

What are your 5 must have mods on a supra?

    1. Healthy car/engine to start with, THEN: 2. wheels/tires 3. brakes 4. exhaust 5. tint (sunburns are a very real thing at high altitude)

Funniest thing you've ever heard about your supra.

I'm pretty sure that's so that when it snows 2', you can still see were the curbs are. That's how some of them are here...

FYI on RPS 3200 lbs pressure plate

I thought this was common sense with most cars in general? I know I've done it on any cars I've had...

Black Supra engine bay in Modified Magazine?

Finally sold it huh? That's too bad, always figured he'd keep that car forever. Well, best of luck to him, and here's hoping the new owner does right by the car. :)

Where to get new VIN/Title for restoration project..

Many states can issue titles as long as you have a VIN number. Wyoming is one such state. I bought a Celica off of a guy who did not have the title (was a 1979, pretty mint for $400!). Had to go through a process that took about 3 months, involving notifying the Licensing department, publishing...

Dodge egineers need to be SHOT!!!!!!!

Hey, starters on our cars are easy... with a 3' extension and wobbly set. And some swearing, and beer.

    weekly car debate thread.

They must mean tire size, I can't imagine a 32" tall car, even a Porsche 917 has to be taller than that, and they are TINY... However, I could easily see them meaning tire height. I think the stock size tires on a Mk3 would put that around 49.7" tall, which... seems about right, no? Even better...

    blew my 2j......suggestions?

Sounds to me like the oil got a bit too hot. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that my motor is in that boat as well, although our ambient temps are rarely over 90°, and the worst I've ever done on a warm day is maybe a 0-130 run... who knows. Will be doing a semi-teardown/inspection of...

    Oil Pan Gasket

Much of my engine is sealed with Hondabond haha... Only thing that has sprung a leak was the power steering lines, which were in the car when the 7m was, so Lord only knows how old they are...

I know its a stupid? But i have got to ask.

For the price, I wouldn't. However, if I were stuck on the side of the road needing a quick fix to be able to get back to civilization, I would. First chance I got though, I'd be replacing them...
