Many states can issue titles as long as you have a VIN number. Wyoming is one such state. I bought a Celica off of a guy who did not have the title (was a 1979, pretty mint for $400!). Had to go through a process that took about 3 months, involving notifying the Licensing department, publishing...

Hey, starters on our cars are easy... with a 3' extension and wobbly set. And some swearing, and beer. :rolleyes:

They must mean tire size, I can't imagine a 32" tall car, even a Porsche 917 has to be taller than that, and they are TINY... However, I could easily see them meaning tire height. I think the stock size tires on a Mk3 would put that around 49.7" tall, which... seems about right, no? Even better...

Sounds to me like the oil got a bit too hot. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that my motor is in that boat as well, although our ambient temps are rarely over 90°, and the worst I've ever done on a warm day is maybe a 0-130 run... who knows. Will be doing a semi-teardown/inspection of...

Much of my engine is sealed with Hondabond haha... Only thing that has sprung a leak was the power steering lines, which were in the car when the 7m was, so Lord only knows how old they are...

For the price, I wouldn't. However, if I were stuck on the side of the road needing a quick fix to be able to get back to civilization, I would. First chance I got though, I'd be replacing them...
