    It isn't the recirc I'm thinking about but if the heater core isn't hooked up I guess it wouldn't matter. Do you see foam in the glass just after the AC is tuned off? With that low side the evap would be about 45 F. Factor in a typical 10 degree drop across it and it's no wonder you're seeing...

    It's amazing how people can turn something so simple into rocket science. The markings on the box alone are enough to make any of them work and even without those they can be calibrated to a particular load.
