    SupraSport under new ownership

This is a long uphill battle for the new owners, but I wish them the best! I'm not expecting them to show up on our vendors list here anytime soon, but that would be a good goal for them...

A new mini CNC mill and rebuildingy style) and in the process of building my old one.

    Slap a couple of those mini-turbos on a nitro-RC! ;)

Driving unlawfully. How old are you?

Words can't even express how slightly jealous I am of you at this point... that sounds like an AWESOME job. :D

    2012 Calendar Submissions

What sort of wheels are those, I could have sworn I've seen them... car looks good! If I can nominate a Mk4 for the calendar, Tyler Pflanz in AZ, I think he goes by 'snow'-something or other has an absolutely beautiful car, with a lot of sweat equity he's put into it. :)

To buy or not to buy SC300?

I'd pass on this one myself, unless the car were physically (aesthetically) mint like my 88 Supra was. Good move on your part for saving the money for better ideas. :) That said, there is an SC400 down the street from my parent's house with Idaho plates that has had a flat tire and a small dent...

    Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust

That's pretty much the perfect combination. If I hadn't gotten the Blitz fairly cheap, was looking at the Touring Medallion as an alternate. After living with the Blitz for a year or so, I almost wish I had gotten the Tanabe, except for the fact that I need a car to be loud enough to be noticed...

    Who has the oldest Supra?

I think I have one that was built sometime in October/November 1983, as an 84 model... I know that can't be the oldest on here though.

    Instrument cluster upgrade

Although I believe that finding your way out of being lost is half the fun of driving in a strange place, an in-cluster GPS would be kinda neat.

News from Jalopnik New Supra? UPDATED INFO from JalopniK

Saw something on Jalopnik about the 2014 or 2015 prototype that's been running around. Turbo v6 is what they've been testing supposedly... Makes me sad when BMW is giving up the I6, I'd be surprised if we EVER see another one if BMW gives them up. :nono: I agree on the IS-F bit though, there...

How much have you spent on your MkIII

I wouldn't have minded a 2j, but when I was about to buy, a 1j setup they had (Jhot, RIP) caught my eye. Came with a spare R154 rather than the Aristo auto, had a lot less miles, and was in really nice shape, for roughly the same price. Not disappointed at all with the money spent on the 1j...

    Mishimoto radiator redesign is in......FAILURE

You can thank IJ for that... I have one, and for all the trouble the OP has went through, he probably could have picked up a PWR, used the stock fan and shroud, and not had to deal with all these headaches. Sorry to put it that way, I never like seeing someone go through this much trouble over...

Question for all you stereo guys out there

::popcorn:: Entertaining thread for sure. I'm with Grandavi on the sub thing, which is why I'm likely going with something like an 8-10" with sound quality at the top of the priority list. Just fills in the music nicely... still miss the setup I had in the 88.

Tokico Shocks + Eibach Springs Install Question

A spring compressor came in handy, as for the job, it almost takes more time to take the rear interior out than it does to swap the springs. If you have a decent jack and set of stands, it's probably a 4 hour job by a lone shade tree mechanic. I think it took about 2, maybe 2.5 hours for myself...

    air ride suspension

So, you're building a custom framed muscle truck? Pretty sweet... 4wd, or just 2wd? Just curious, only browsed through the first 50 posts of your build, most of which were engine pics.

Scandinavian Stye Hill Climb ,with 3.3 MK4

Good way to avoid the road spikes! :p Seriously though, that's some crazy engineering, and clearly it works pretty well I'd say...

Driving unlawfully. How old are you?

I used to see ~400 miles per tank, but that was an NA. Get about 300 to a tank, give or take, but rarely run it anywhere near empty, so... yeah. Would probably see 400 per tank on the highway though. :) And being up in the mountains, about all you need to worry about is wildlife and idiots...

    Importing from Japan.

Just throwing it out there, but you might want to do a little digging on that LS1/Miata thing: http://flyinmiata.com/V8/ From their sight: "Does it handle? Well, the first time we took one autocrossing, we set FTD with it - by a margin of nearly 4 seconds. We've destroyed our own lap records...
