Had to do this a lot on the old Chevy last weekend... if much torque was applied, most of the bolts just sheared. Smack it nice and quick though, worked a little better. :)

Definitely check your fuel lines, for both size, and kinks. Have you had this problem before? It almost sounds to me like you're running a fuel line that is either damaged (causing a bottleneck), or just too small for the application.

Try buying it a few drinks and spit on it? :naughty: Seriously though, you probably have something still in the way... do all 6 ports look the same?

If you're only looking for 400hp at the crank, shit... a VVTI 2j with good exhaust, intake, and intercooler, you're probably going to be pushing upwards of that much at the wheels if you take the time to have the head ported. Wanna talk about low end power... there you go. ;)

Couple things: -Punctuation. It will go a long way to getting help if you space things out a bit more, as nobody likes it when a wall of text hits for 2d12 of damage... -Spark plug gap. What are yours set at? That was one of the two problems I've run into with my setup. :)

I will never condone street racing in an area that has a track within a reasonable distance. My nearest track is 3 hours away, one way. We've all had our fun around here, BUT... there are a few roads around here, where they are two lanes in the same direction, on roads that are RARELY traveled.

There are welds there? I thought extensions were either cast or (more likely I would think) forged steel... I can see that. I've rarely had a bolt hold up to the combined power of my bird arms and the 1/2" ratchet/sockets. :p

3rd and reverse for me most of the time, and it usually works. Doesn't grind, but it doesn't always go in either... I've tried the 5th into reverse thing, but it feels like something is trying to keep me from doing it, I couldn't get that method to cooperate.
