Not true. Every motor has different properties, some want torque, some want a HUGE powerband. If I put the holset hx35 on my motor, I would see full spool at 3500 and ride it out to the stock redline of 7250rpm. I want something I can play with in all situations (drag, highway and autox)

Jay, you can get 700r4s with a full manual valve body, so there will be no need to futz with wiring, just have to shift it manually all the time.

Make sure that all connections to the plastic pieces are good, and that all clamps are nice and tight. If you can hear the turbos working hard, chances are that there is a leak somewhere. Might want to pressure test the IC as well, it might have gotten punctured.

There is only so far you can take a 3.0l I6 in NA form, probably just at 300-350whp with higher compression and longer stroke, full exhaust, great tune and an intake.

IJ, whadya want for the ssv4? Jay, I think you will be making a bit too much for the a340 to be worth building. You can grab a th350 for ~ 1k, built to handle your power, another 1400 for the adaptor and converter. And you still get the joy of shifting all the time.

What is the make and model number of the laptop, along with year. I should be able to do it, as I have done IBM laptop screens before. please dont be a mac, those things are like 120 screws to remove the keyboards (on the new ones, g4 is 2 tabs.)
