a bolt is a bolt lol like stock. and the studs is a stud and a nut. studs is a little more expensive but offer more accurate torque values. i'd go with studs. price difference is not much at all

machine both head and block. use a mls head gasket whatever brand is good they are basically the same.. unless u wanna pay a little extra and get a hks stopper type which is like the most expensive type you can get but will probably never blow on u as long as the prep work is done right.. as...

looks like its out of range. but generally. i would think that they both couldnt go bad unless something else is causing something? visually do they look ok? sometimes if u have too much moisture in the pcv system like from a bhg it'll build up and get into the afm and mess it up. have u...

here is an update! i threw a bunch of random stuff on.. all torqued to spec. helicoiled all exhaust studs that came out. pics.

theres always one.. u just have to be patience.. btw u know its rhd right? insurance will be a pain.

your tps might just need to be adjusted. check it following the tsrm if it doesnt fall within spec.. then replace. and the knock sensors are most likely the wiring.. either re-wire it following the guide on here or buy shaeff's re-wire kit.

then let him do it.. ur still very young... you have money to keep it? insurance will be A LOT especially in toronto. gas, maintainence etc. take ur time.

no just a local toyota dealer.. but.. i went on rockauto and they had a set for less than $6 but shipping was like under $30 to canada
