What is your tire size?
The only way I can see this happening is if you have a larger rear tire (27"-28"). If this is the case, you should be closer to your actual speed with a 3.91 speedo gear.

Wow, you need to read a lot more. Read everything you can about the 1jz and the basic setups, and then if you still have questions THEN ask them. This is like 1jz 101 here.
Yep, there was one guy that made 422whp. He had an aem, 272 cams, 3" twins back, 550cc injectors, 22psi and a very good tune. IIRC, they lasted all of 1 month before eating themselves.
500 will not happen on stock twins without a healthy shot of nitrous, cams and a standalone.
I would say 350ish is the highest you can go on stock twins, and that is with cams and some tuning.
