yeah, i think you found your problem.

that sucks man, but i know how you feel i have a small oil leak from the passage in the block for the oil squirters.... it is just the 10 mm plug that blocks the passage off, but i cant get to it without taking my exhaust mani off. :nono: you will eventually have to tho.... it will eat at you...

all your doing is creating a .1 bar pressure increase in your system raising the boiling point of the coolant, and will put a little more stress on things (not a big deal at all.)

I noticed that there were threads on the switch.... so i took a 14mm nut and my welder and welded the end of the nut closed, screwed it on and it keeps the switch pressed in...... never given me any problems :)

do you have the plug and play harness.... its like 15 bucks, then i just used the ground on the metal brace for the dash board. i think you have a bigger problem than that, the turbo timer ground is just for the turbo timer, your car should start even if your turbo timer is not hooked up.... at...

I really dont know then, if your fuses and wiring is good then i would assume its something with the programing of the mapecu, check all your calibration and settings.... i had mine set on AFM instead of VFK one time starting a new map :) , confused the hell out of me..... so make sure...
