i just bought some bkr7e plugs, im pretty sure thats the problem cuz i have on shitty plugs. all i have to do now i wait to find a new ECU, fried my second one in a yr :'( anyone selling one?
its running at about 11.2 - 12.0 at wot full it boost..i knw it sounds strange but my stock twins did the same thing on 10psi and i messed around with the gap and it worked fine, my motor is wierd i have to get the spark plugs i had on when i had my stock twins. its like my 1j only likes one...
got my single 1jz running decent except for the part that it breaks up in high rpms. from around 5500 sometimes 5000-7500..i gapped the plugs to .020, i knw its really low but this is where i had to gap them to stop my stock twins from breaking up. i also checked my coil stems for cracks, didnt...
i just checked it over its wierd. i have the output and inut pressure signal wired correctly. for the throttle its only one gray wire that u have to splice in. and i did that! idk why its not reading :(
my throttle is not getting any voltage, i wired it up properly but still nothing. i took the car for a drive around the block and all of a sudden the voltage was at a constant 5.0, then suddenly dropped bak to 0 after i cut off the car and restarted it. anyways the afc tells me not to step on...
hey guys, i juss finished wiring up my neo to my 1j, all im waiting for is my wideband to tune. it seems as if everything is working except the throttle. when i go to set it, it doesnt read any volts. and it keeps saying NG (no good) when i try to set it when the arrow is pointed up. when i set...
same thing happened to me only mine was only dripping a bit....it all happen after i installed the 2jz oil pump and put on the 1jz front main seal. when i took everything apart it seemed as if the lower part of the seal was out not evenly pushed in, thats my guess. does it matter that i have a...
i started my 1jz after the single turbo swap and let it idle for a while today, i noticed that my fuel pressure reading was about 21 psi from cold start to being fully warmed up...is that where its suppose to be? also i didnt put a vaccume on it. car has walbro pump and 440cc injectors.
fully locked? what do you mean? its suppose to spin free either way, clockwise or counter clockwise. i put 3 washers on each stud and i dont feel safe driving with that at all, the nuts did not even fully crossover the stud, but its really tight. if i take even one washer off i think it will jam...
i dont think so, clutch fans are pretty safe and much cheaper than electric fans..have u seen how much flexalite fans go for? plus the price to get them wired up the proper way.
