If you cherry pick a late heavy block that doesn't have bad core shift and isn't erroded in the water jacket and get it sonic checked for thickness in the bores you can go bigger than +40 ;)
3.2L isn't happening though ;)
(was gonna call BS but the OP feels bad enough as it is)
Not dissing Clip but if Pro's botch it what makes you think someone at home can do better? (not to mention the correct driver so you don't botch the job isn't cheap)
I hate to say it but a search would have told you this.
You can't just "grind down" anything as the inside of the Mk4TT rotor is 5mm too small to fit a non abs Mk3 hub (I have them on my car)
A better choice is the 350z Track edition rotor as it will fit over the ABS hubs, I have a set...
A machinst's scraper would remove that if you're careful.
(I've seen more botched AUX shaft bearing installs than anything else come out of so called "pro shops" so I'm hesitant to have them replaced)
LOL I was educated right at the changeover here from Imperial to Metric so actually think/work in a combination of the two :)
My Mit's are all fine on batteries the only problem I've had was the older designs aren't coolant proof.
I'm waaaayyy too old to be reading verniers :icon_razz...
