    I :love: my Bosch 68mm!! I've driven the car with the throttle set 1:1 with the Pedal and it's HORRIBLE but with the curve I run it's a kitten around town :)

    This is one of the few times I'll pass on hearsay info but I believe the issue with Total Seal rings and the 7M is they're too hard for our Block material. Never used em but had spoken with the guys at my Machine shop about them and I know for a fact hard rings don't work that well.

    Yep if you look along the shaft from end to end the caps all need to face exactly the same way, the rubber section at the end can slip and that will cause the issue you describe.

    Brian: ALL the extra's add up ;) 9" Diff's aren't known for being light weight, 1.5mm Stainless Muffler ditto 115L fuel tank weighs 55Kg empty and 170 Kg's wet and so on and so on ....
