    Anyone using a filter-relocation kit?

    Often wondered if anything would make it through the more restrictive filter? Fluid dynamics being what they are the Oil will follow the path of least resistance, I guess as the free flow filter slowly blocks up more will find it's way though.

    Can you imagine "Supra the Movie" ;) A bunch of kids sitting around talking shit about things they barely understand then fitting a few expensive ill matched upgrades to have it blow up then they utter that immortal phrase "I need a 1Jz" fade to a puddle of coolant and thrashed bearings....

    Saw it on the weekend and really enjoyed it it's a MOVIE guys you know entertainment...... Turn off the hypercritical part of your brain suspend disbelief and enjoy something for a change. If they made realistic car movies they'd be boring as bat shit ;)

    I'd have to transplant the rest of the mechanicals ie: Suspension/steering/brakes or I wouldn't do it! I grew up driving 60's era cars and they're PIGS no matter how powerful you make them.

    Suze: Mine is a fully built 7M trans but I'm using the Jz valvebody and electrics so it's hard to compare. ;)

    So very very wrong! Please DON'T post misinformation if you're not sure of the facts. JZ uses a 341 Trans it has PWM controlled line pressure and PWM controlled Converter lockup and another PWM solenoid for shift quality. I run a 341 Valve body in my 340 due to the DBW Throttle I use...
