You could wire it between the line you have from the ECU to the Fuel pump relay then all it needs is a rpm signal.
(This is how the stock ECU acts normally)

Gary: Never owned a GTE or used a stock ECU so ALL of this is new to me so when someone asks I usually handball it to someone that knows ;)

I'm not beyond learning new things though so just follow along quietly in the back of the class.
Long probe on the indicator beside the lobe works for me.
I also made a steel plate that screws to the valvecover bolt holes for the Mag base on the indicator, if you drill 3 holes it'll work on either side.
You need the indicator in line with the bucket in X and Y axis or your readings...
