    Nope that's a side effect of a puck clutch most don't have Marcel springs between the friction surfaces to cushion the engagement. 90% of the tech in a modern clutch is to soften the take up and make it nice to drive.

    Seems to be a popular Diff with the Offroad Jeep guys Leigh! Wonder if it'll be too agressive with low profile rubber, I found this to be so with the Preload pack TrueTrac.

    My guess is just not enough AUX outputs to drive the ECT or the Trans on it's own. Trust me going to a Trans controller is the easiest option and yes I've done both.

    On a Turbo with a tight ar and a small WG even wide open it'll make some boost. In this case having it open will yield better economy due to less restriction, I played around with the idea of a part throttle open gate awhile back to help with Wet weather traction control.

    ^ Back when I was riding a lot I couldn't eat enough food in a day to get fat. Whenever our group stopped to eat it was like a plague of locusts had hit the store and stripped it bare :)
