    cooling system upgrade time

    If your cooling system is marginal no amount of fans electric or engine are going to make a difference. A lot of race cars run without a fan at all as their cooling system is carefully matched to the output of the engine, fans are usually for very low speed minimal airflow situations.

    About the same time as I got my car I just didn't become active online till 2000ish. (mainly lurked due to the feral confrontational nature of the boards)

    Unhook the Turbo coolant hoses and loop the fittings to bypass it. Drive it a few days and see if it's still going through coolant, this will confirm if it's the turbo or not.

    Vacuum lines popping off at 15psi. Which ones can I remove?

    I also use a reusable steel clamp on the critical lines like the Boost controller and AFPR but found they're not as good on the tapered plastic fittings on the BVSV.
