    All I meant by my post was it's volume related NOT pressure as he's questioning hitting fuel cut at only 11Psi, install a GT45 and watch it hit FC at 2Psi ;) NFI on the AFM adustment never owned one.

    I'd start with a pin punch and see if it'll move tapping the punch with a hammer in the counterclockwise direction, there's more than enough of the bolt above the threads for this approach to work. Some penetrating lube will help as the threads may be stretched and acting as a lock.

    Take your time it's NOT a race Have a helper watch closely as it lowers as you can easily do a LOT of expensive damage if you rush Buy/Borrow a load leveller Use thick carboard over the fenders and nose and if the engine touched it at all STOP and check angles/heights.
