I just used a sheet of 3mm thick reinforced rubber then sharpened a left over piece of IC pipe to use as a punch (I sharpened the outer edge so it cuts the hole undersize)
This makes it a tight fit on the pipe, I used some Nutserts and panel washers to bolt it down to the Rad support :)

You've posted this same misinformation in quite a few posts without any explanation, if you can't back it up with some facts STOP doing it.
As for me being a "dick" I was joking...
The preference for a cast Header goes back to the old days when Turbo headers were thin wall pipe the same as NA headers, Cast retained heat and sounded better (didn't "ring")
These days most tubulars are 3mm wall so it's no longer an issue.
