If someone can measure a stock arm Centre to centre I'll measure mine today and confirm, If I have it wrong you have my sincere apologies but I can't think of a reason why I'd have bought a 2nd pair of arms to do mine.
You need to specify which end of the price scale the e-bay Mk3 would be built from as there are some nice brand name parts available but they tend NOT to be the cheapest.

There are 3 sets of splines that need to engage fully, the TC should just about bottom out onto the front of the trans when installed right.

Still did it now and again, I'll let the MoTeC PDM drive them for this build and see how they behave, all in all can't say I'm impressed by HID's over a good set of 100/140w Halogens.
