Tiny valves and not all that much seat pressure even on good springs, my cordless has no trouble spinning a cam.
Be a different matter if we were talking about a roller cam pushrod V8 here.

Sounds like most shops these days they find all these things "wrong" and will fix them for you for $, just in this case he's talking total bullshit wether he knows it or not.
Van: They wipe ALL the Oil off the normal scraper doesn't quite get it all but in the real world I seriously doubt there was be any difference in operation.
This one should be silent the Teflon one wasn't it made a bit of a "flub" noise (think flicking your bottom lip with a finger)
