    No Spark or firing

it wouldnt matter if the builder thought it was for a GTE motor, as the heads are the same anyway, and the cams are almost the same (only the intake cam differs from the turbos). the cams wouldnt cause your problem. dont switch out the cams. if the cam gears are in the correct positions, pins in...

    head gasket install

also, considering that the titan MHG is nearly identical to the HKS MHG, it requires an RA (roughness average) of less than 10RA, if i remember correctly. the stock cut on the block is NOT that smooth, which means there's a larger chance that even if you DO get the head machined (which you...

    No Spark or firing

hmm... check the cam gears. are the pins in the cams set in the center holes in the cam gears? if not, that's how they should be, so take off the gears (just that one center bolt on each) and put them in the centers. there's no way that the intake cam would work on the exhaust side, as there's...

    Thoughts on Ceramic Clutch

it depends on your powergoals, really. i've got a clutchmasters stage III in my turboswapped 86.5. it's a carbon/kevlar disk. very smooth engagement, and is holding 300ish horsepower like a champ. it's a full face disk, too, so incredibly streetable, and the pedal is exactly like stock. i love...

upgrade IC to fit stock piping?

yeah man, do it up. not unless you have an air/water IC, which, chances are, you dont. you'd probably know if you did. i'm betting it's your coolant resivour. the next step would be to figure out why your coolant system is pressurizing!!! (possible BHG) -shaeff

    No Spark or firing

easy check: look in the driver's side kick panel. there's a 7.5A IGN (ignition) fuse in there. after my swap, i had no spark and the car wouldnt even try to start. replaced that fuse (no idea how it blew?) and it fired up first try. -shaeff

upgrade IC to fit stock piping?

there shouldnt be any coolant leaking from your intercooler... chances are that your coolant resivour spit coolant out onto your intercooler, making it appear that your intercooler is the culprit. the only thing that should be in your intercooler is air. -shaeff

    Alterior Gauge Mounting Pics

i'll be custom mounting my gauges in my gauge cluster, replacing the existing gauges, like jimi did. all the "important" gauges, such as oil pressure, water temp, boost, and wideband will be mounted in an easily visible spot. the stuff such as volt meter, oil temperature (ive got a 180* t-stat)...

    where is...

wow. just to get all the info in one single post, here's how to fix it: pull out the one or two 10mm screws holding the fuse box in the engine bay. the fuse box is now just held in with wires. lift up from the end with no wires, and pop the fusebox apart. use either A) a phillips screwdriver...
