Well, from what you are describing it may be prudent to take the car to someone who can correctly diagnose the problem rather then having your brakes go out and you causing an accident. If you know the brakes are bad and you keep driving and someone gets killed........
Could be a broken wire on either front wheel abs sensor or the sensor in the tranny is broken, missing, or not wired in. The abs light would not be triggered by low fluid or old pads. The abs light comes on when the abs system has a problem collecting speed info from the sensors.
I went .029 over for Ross pistons because that was next size up from the factory .020 (.5mm) overbore size that you could get off the shelf rings for. For turbo cars an extra pound of boost will make as much or more power then the overbore will. .080 over would make the sealing surfaces for the...
Is it adjusted correctly? Any new clutch install should be followed by a pedal adjustment. I have had several people tell me their clutch was toast and I checked the adjuster and it was not engaging fully. It is impossible to just ruin a new clutch with 10psi if it is installed and adjusted...
My opinion is 18's for show, 17's for go. 17" rims are more practicle for a car that will be driven hard on different types of surfaces in different conditions. Look at scca solo2 cars, most of them are running 17's or 16's.
I was making a joke. :momaru: ANYWAYS, he said he did the "screw mod" to get rid of the fuel cut and he had seen his 20psi boost gauge PEG a few times so last time I checked melting a piston could make you throw a rod. Therein lies the basis of the rod throwing joke or wheteva. Good looking...
Stock injectors are only good to that much hp with a page long list of supporting mods. Boost the hell out of it and post pics of the carnage. LOL
I'll bring some over some beer and my dv camcorder and you do a few 20psi passes and then we can watch the rods shooting out from under the car in...
Cars with tiny turbos can blow off at a stop light but who cares, you will smoke them as soon as it turns green!
When mine is fully warmed up at idle it is at about -18 vacuum on an autometer boost gauge and I know it is in perfect working order. I think -17 to -20 is normal. With 2.5" ic...
my setup displays the zt-2 info with no lag what so ever. It's a 1ghz embedded processor and it is fast enough for most applications and dvd playing but not for gaming. I think anything faster then 800mhz would be fine. 256mb of ram is the bare minimum for xp.
It sounds like that screw mod is raising the fuel cut by allowing unmetered air past the afm which lowers the karman freq and leans out the mixture. That all equals BAD at 14-15psi with stock injectors.
well thanks! the front suspension is limited to about 13" of wheel travel because of the 4wd. the front axles are 300m summers bros with porsche 930 inner cv's. the outer cv's are stock so that is the limiting factor. the rear springs are custom deaver 62" springs and it is limited to 20" of...
90t04, that is a good point! 02 sensor wiring is high temp silicone jacketed and regular connectors might melt. Another point, almost every factory wire on your supra has a crimped connection on the end and any wire to wire connections are crimped and shrink wrapped. Same thing goes for every...

It's not really off topic cause I am what I drive, that's just me. I am in process with a 7m-gte swap in it and also completing the roll cage front to back.
Oh, gotta include the wife, she is more important then the car or truck ;) (pan right IJ)
