85mm is doable with a late block with minimal core shift but Sonic checking the cylinder walls is a must before trying to punch it out that large.
I wouldn't do it on a Forced induction engine though, small bore thicker walls and a touch more boost will result in a far better engine.
If you identified it as a potential issue it was up to you to correct it before running it as delivered.
(I buy a LOT of things I believe aren't done correctly but always address the problem before I use it)
Pet peeve of mine, the sharp corners on all the brackets need to be radiused, looks unfinished and you know if you have to work on it you're going to gouge a paw on em ;)
