By less than 90* I mean if you look the hose from the profile: The better you can drain the oil away the better. Yours looked "iffy" to me.

Looks fantasitic! One tiny concern I saw in your pics. It looks like your oil return off the turbo goes dangerously close to less than 90* angle. You could be close to setting up a bad condition of oil not draining away well enough. Just something you might want to be aware of if not already...

if you take the inner liner off a stock roof panel you might be surprised by what you see. There is very little structure to it and NOTHING that resembles a cross brace, all its strength comes from the outer "square" of its structure, and the thin skin over it.

If I understand correctly what you said was and wasnt done my guess is that the head was not re-torqued after the MLSHG was installed. Uneven torque led to warped head and now you have BHG. If you arent making mochaccino milkshake in the oil then you may be able to save it by pulling the head...

all I can say is :aigo: I want it. If that guy could make amd market those for various models, he could make a small fortune off it.
