:aigo: That turned out awesome!!!!
I love the throttle cable and coilpack relocation with the NA valve covers, the piping, everything is so clean! Intercooler looks right at home too! Not too much trouble to trim the ic bracket right? Big props dude!
Funny coincidence is I have a set of...
PNP = plug and play (or pray)
NA valve covers to get rid of the coilpack notches.
Damn, I just saw Duane's build
...makes mine look like a piece of shit :biglaugh:
Yeah, we are Driftmotion slaves 10-12 hour days m-f.
Plus we are working on:
Tommy's 7m-gte build that is now going to be maft pro, wideband, and afpr along with the 57 trim, brand new shortblock and full build.
20 valve going into a Starlet with a lsd and other stuff!
7m-gte longblock...
Today I got all the ignitor wiring and engine bay wiring sorted out, make a custom intake, extended the 1jz downpipe to meet up with the shorter US cat. Jose fixed the crank sensor connector, PPS, and reverse lights. We did a compression test and changed the spark plugs. All cyl were close to...
LOL, just messin with ya!

The goal was to get the coilpack off the engine, and that method is fairly complicated and expensive to make. I wanted to try something else that is more simple and practical for other people. I might make a complete pnp coilpack relocation kit if this works out well.
I got a new bov because the greddy was leaking boost at any more then 17psi with the new turbo. The new bov is a 50mm tial copy with an aluminum pipe flange adaptor. It holds boost no problem, but I didn't notice it opening fully on the dyno. I think it needs a bigger vacuum line from the...
Mine just made 390whp with the 62-1 at 14psi but the A/F was off, it was surging a little, and it got late so we didn't go further. The gt4082 compressor map looks like a good match for my basically stock 7m. Should be on the car this week and dyno soon after.
