ok. take a breath, go back, and READ my first post in this thread.
also please note that what i suggested is simply what I would do. i think it would make turbo'ing the GE a lot easier. as always there are many different ways to accomplish the same goal.
it requires the bracket that the cable from the gas pedal, cruise control, and the rod from the TB hooks onto. you should still have that piece from your car.
yes. there are a few differences, the connecters around the tstat housing will have to be spliced in. also the hook up for your reverse lights might be different, but again thats only two wires, easy fix.
thats about it. everything else should be the same.
its simmmmmmmple. go to the junkyard and find a throttle cable that has the round end that will slide into place on the JDM throttle body, thats step one. (hint, late 90s camry throttle cables work great)
step two, unscrew your old rod which has the end that clips onto the ball on the bracket...
ive gotten a few offers, all turned down. after all the work i have done to the car, and still have it mostly stock its a little agrivating, but at least i am building a platform tomake some good power.
anyway, if i got an offer for 8k or more i would probably sell.
no offense taken :)
i didnt mean any either so dont think i was trying to be a jerk. my point is to simply READ as much as you can.
read what you ask? why the TSRM of course......

im 19 and 21 is gonna suck cause ive been able to go into bars and buy beer at the store since i was about 17. 21 will probably be anti climactic for me.
make sure its in neutral. pull off the SMALL rubber boot and there will be four more bolts. take those out and pull the shifter right out.
if you cant do this, then you shouldnt be wrenching on your car.
i would use the complete GTE ignition system. that means ECU as well. not only will it work better on a boosted motor, but it will make your life a hell of a lot easier when it comes to tuning. IMO.
GTE ECU
GTE wire harness
GTE AFM
GTE CPS
GTE ignitor
GTE ummm thats probably all you will...
i cant think of any place that plug would go, i am pretty sure its not there on my harness, maybe ill check later.
if everything is hooked up then fire it up! give it a try and see what happens.
i dont know what that plug is, but keep in mind that some cars came with ABS, Airbags and...
defective PP? i got a new PP plus clutch disk from NAPA that i put in with my rebuild. shifts fine, goes into gear fine, however there is ZERO predal resistance and it never held ANY power what so ever. if the turbo spooled, that was it it would slip (this is after a 1000 mile break in..)...
