the stock washers wont fit if i remember correctly. the earls fitting i linked to comes with a washer.
for the other one you can go to napa and get an o-ring or wrap some teflon tape, not around the threads but around the base of where the fitting meets with...
i wrap the part iwant to cut tightely in a thick layer of electrical tape, then cut it with a hack saw, only case my dremel is broken.
but yeah use a thick layer of elec tape and cut with watever does the job. the tape helps to keep the ends from fraying.
SS braid lines arent that hard to put together, just watch your fingers!
its all about how you cut the line the first time. the cleaner the cut, the easier it will be to assemble the fitting to the line.
sometimes i get tired of fixing little things here and there, but then again im glad i have this to get my mind off of other things.......
car has been running real nice for a few weeks, my car will be ready for the last meet of the season at Etown this saterday, and what do you know? i have...
yeah lower runners are the same. NAs have one KS but it will work. be aware however that alledegly there are two different types of KS that the 7m came with, will one work with a car that came with another? i dunno.
ok if they are talking about the j-tube you dont NEED to get a block off plate. you can just run the rubber return line right from the FPR to the hardline at the frame.
words of advice: if youre gonna mess with the fuel system now, probably the most important thing to get out of the way...
any place on the block will be fine. dont worry about it. i think i have that one bolted to one of the studs that the jtube fuel return thing is bolted.
any place that has direct metal to metal contact with the block will be fine.
