the egr isnt operating at WOT so it has no effect on performance. it also helps with gas milage while cruising, so theres really no reason to take it off, other than to clean up the engine bay. again just to make it clear, the EGR has NO detrimental effect on performance.

in different gears theres a different load on the engine, different loads on the engine result in differing boost levels. about the PS cap, i think thats the phonetic spelling of toyota from japanese.

my walbro is pretty loud compared to the stock pump, which you cant really hear.

my stock fuel pump started to crap out around 10pounds of boost FWIW.

it looks like your catch can is set up right. there may be an obstruction some where. try taking out the catch can and putting the PCV system back to stock.

before raising the boost to 10 or above 10psi i would do the fuel system. cars are old, fuel pumps fail! replace the fuel pump, upgrade fuel injectors, add an adjustable FPR.
