hey ya'll
i've currently got a compaq nx9010 but i don't really want to use this laptop for datalogging and tuning... if i accidently place it in the wrong place on the seat it might block the fans and then i'll have a nicely melted laptop lol
so i'm looking for a small laptop... doesn't...
well the only holes i can see coming thru the firewall is the cruise control cable hole and clutch cylinder... looks like ur gonna have to drill
the only hole under the clutch is for the auto trannie speedo cable... that must be what they're talkin bout... so if ur auto that'll be why theres no...
well i came up with a theory....
when we got the car the fuel pump relay was blown, replaced it and car ran fine... found a wire going to the boot to supply power to the wire... so i'm thinkin.....
previous owners dropped tank for one reason or another....
beside car in same garage etc...
hey ya'll
had a massive surging problem with the 1ggte - 7mgte swap and decided to drop the tank... found the filter on the fuel pump
and lots of random black stuff in the tank... how do you clean it out... is there a business or anything that cleans them... or what do you do to clean...
awesome write up... sure that'll come in handy.. most just urethane the new badges in place and forget trying to put the clip in hehe
when i take the nose cone off i usually just pull the inner guard thingy's and don't remove headlights... but whichever way works ;)
but wicked write up...
well... i would assume that there is... but since we were just running it in... no boost, no wot no hardcore gassing required, i thought the 1g pump would be able to deliver

or it could be just the pump dying or the filter clogged up real bad... i'll know soon coz...
wow... that is freaky as.... exactly the same thing happened to me today on the 1ggte - 7mgte swap... i'm guessing fuel pump also... i'm still using the stock 1ggte pump... so in with a 7m one tomorrow... will be checking for boost leaks also
good luck with yours :)
