yea.... i think the block off plate is a great idea.... hides any wiring you may have added.. and for those that try to keep their ic hidden from easy view.. it's a good product there are those that like these parts and those that don't.... this was just an interest gathering thread to...

ohhhhhhhhh that's a drain plug LOL i thought i was some random extra water feed we could get heheee... i guess it might be a good place for water temp if you don't have free spaces in the thermo housing hehe

^ sux when it happens huh we've had a few break... on the 1.5j first one broke around crank bolts, 2nd broke around torque converter bolts... just cracks all thru it the worst one we had..... customers car comes in... knock knock knock knock... wtf.. drop crossmember then bottom end...

well not quite straight ahead... but ya know how the washer bottle is mounted in the side in the cubby hole there.... well the other side is a big empty hole... i made a bracket and bolted them on it and then bolted to there... works a treat :)

i'm only assuming here as i haven't exactly measured them but aren't ALL a70 supras wearing the same headlight covers and interior? just facial changes or design pattern cept bumpers of course (altho those are interchangeable)

sooo.... we're allowed to do another group buy thing with Duane :D i think the most feasible items would be the passengers headlight vent cover, center console lid, and intercooler block off plate mods: if this isn't in the right place or something pls let me know :)

well when you think about it... the stock one isn't exactly far from the housing either http://binrock.net/photos/p/2903 so i guess it'd be alrite

i see now..... well looks like theres a fair bit of room to grind it back.... plus.. i don't think they're exactly expensive to find another one so just pick up another one if you screw it up heheh

what part of yours doesn't clear? the top triangular bit that sits in the locating pin or the top of the housing where those ridges are?
