not even close. by law you cant put in a motor that was never offered here. so the 1jz is out. also, any engine you put in your car that was sold in america, has to be of the same year or newer than the engine that origionally came with your car.

ive got one also. ... you said you dont want gasoline vapors in your engine bay, of course not. but you realize that you can just cap off the line that was going to the CC and drill a hole in your gas cap in order to vent it right?

yeah but then youll have a non functioning guage in your cluster. you can replace the stock boost gauge with the volt meter from an NA cluster.
