George. I got away with 440cc with my big T67. hell I even had the stock 370cc in there at one time. as long as youre running stock boost you will be okay. But quin is right, Id get 550cc to play it safe. This however isnt your issue. its The FIC. Try unplugging it and using the jumper cable...

Disassemble it. Drill out the top hat and retap it. Add new allthread and 2 nuts. Since toy won't have the Allen key thread anymore

Got a brand new 2jzgtte Fan blade, and rebuilt my 1jzgte fan clutch with 3000 cst. Thing looks beautiful compared to the 2jz NA fan blade. It sits A LOT closer to my radiator too. so thats a plus. Hides in my shroud now. =D
