Pressurize the charge piping. Sometimes the Iac hose got loose and would cause this, But im pretty sure its some type of leak somewhere in the system.

I work at an aerospace Machine shop. In quality In Machine shop lingo: "100 thou" = .1000 "10 thou" = .0100 "1 thou" =.0010 "1 tenth" =.0001 1 micro inch = .000001 and 1 micron = 39.37007874 micro inches. So the machine is 118.1 micro inches accurate? thats .0001 ("1 tenth")...

I think youll be fine running a t4 mani, with the adapter. I put my "seal of approval" on it! lolz Plus later down the road if you plan on getting a T4 based turbo, adapter comes off, bigger turbo goes on, then all you have to worry about is downpipe, and charge piping. (easy to fix IMO)

Yes it will help the cut. will it help the motor from blowing up? No. Priorities: WB First! SO you can tune it. Get the lexus/550s or 560s combo. Then tune it with the WB. I wouldnt roll the dice and put it on without a WB. IMO

Well I doubt that, If my buddys 7mgte with a t4 tubular, with spacer. on a T67 turbo, and it fit for him (hood closes?) Pretty sure the little 20g will fit.

Pretty sure its just the amount of CFMs that are entering the engine from the big T61 wheel. I know when a buddy had a 60-1 on his Fuel cut went down to 7psi. Because its a MAF setup, not MAP. More air going in from the big wheel, the computer thinks the stock turbo is bosting over the stock...

To high for what exactly? Most Ebay manifolds sit to low IMO. and if you run a turbo with a T04s housing youll have to space it up anyway.

I may be picking up a p-trim boss exhaust housing from another member. If I have his, with yours, I can make 2 different housings. plus possibly machine yours to except a p-trim.

Yeah, with a broken compressor wheel, and needing a rebuild, its prob not worth anything. Let me know if you want to sell it. Id love to get my hands on it so I can look into castings for the ct26. maybe make one that will use a p trim.

Who uses Intercoolers now a days? Its all about running inline MAFs in your charge piping
