It doesn't look that bad.
Based on how well the car ran/the compression test conclusions I think it would be fine to clean the block up really good, mil the head go OEM HG with ARP studs.

That could be speculation however, the rules of group A is that a minimum of 500 production models are availible to the public. So could be more.
I wish turbo A owners cared enough to register their cars so we could have it all documented...
That is correct, for 89+ cars Toyota changed the wastegate on the Supra
Im not too sure about changes on the other motors that used the CT 26.
Thats one way of doing it, Hes referring to the EFI fuse in case anyone was wondering...
You could also unplug the coilpack then crank to build...
