Para, IMO. You've got to love the .45's autos and a lot of indoor ranges won't let you shoot magnums, so you'd be stuck with only shooting .38 specials unless you have a place to practice outside.

A weird and quick spot test for rust is to drop a piece of red oak into it for a half an hour, then pull it out and let it dry. If it turns blackish, then you've got a bunch of rust, because the iron reacts with the tannins in the wood to produce the color. Really.

Restrictions would be heavy on the full auto version - Class III. The semi auto versions, which are available to the public wouldn't be any different than buying/owning/shooting any other "assault weapon".
