I havent increased the boost, but I did swap over to a built auto so the boost stays constant the entire time. And on the spray I know it probably increases the pressure inside the manifold.

Pretty much what everyone said, ditch the stocker, fix the pipes and vacuum line, etc.
I run the older HKS SSQV and its LOUD. A friend of mine has a new one like yours on his 1G DSM and its LOUD. So yea, fix all the stuff mentioned in the thread and you will get the sound you are looking for.

Boost leak, check all the pipes and vaccum lines. One time one of the small vaccum lines UNDER the intake mani fell off and my car was doing this. Im willing to bet its something like that.

The auto isnt cooperating with me while on the spray. It takes too long to shift from 2nd to 3rd, so I know Im losing time and speed waiting for it. If it would shift from 2nd to 3rd like it does from 1st to 2nd, the car would run a low 11 easy. I think it makes too much power...
