No. They should be very pliable. If you think that one of the hoses would crack or break if you were to twist it into a knot, then it's time to replace it.

I have the semi-solid mounts and they rock (or I should say that they don't, which is good :D) it's an excellent purchase as far as I'm concerned. Just make sure to use threadlocker on the threads. I'll sell you mine if you're interested. Semi Solid mounts.... less than 5 months of use...
