A gt45 is really large and going to be really laggy for a one j. A 61-67mm is more fitting for it.
Coolant lines can just be blocked off.
Dunno of you will even get 9 psi before you hit fc. With a turbo that large your going to need a standalone to be anywhere near useful enough for it...

I forget how far they go but I'd be in for something that covers the bottom of the front bumper from side to side.
I would machine the head before installing a new hg. Standard practice is to install the head gasket after the head has Ben machines everytime.
Doesn't mean you can't get away with it. But it's not recommended.
