Run the oil @ +1qt. Religiously.
Relocate the filter using the NA filter stud and a thermostatically controlled oil cooler bypass valve on the return line, stock turbo with breathing mods should be fine and net about 10psi without boost controller.
Just keep an eye on it.
If you're worried...
Over-oiling is bad, but not oiling it may be worse.
The purpose of the oil is to catch the smaller particles that have the potential to slip through the filter media. Without it, more small particles can and will make their way through.
Yeah. Just make it enough so that the paint will stick to it without any problems. 800 grit should do the trick, actually.
Then the painting really requires patience and a steady hand.

Jake: I've got some maroon ones hanging around from my parts car. If you want them, shoot me a PM.

Please stop cluttering up this thread with your random attacks of negativity.

No. that's basically it, other than the little nipple on the lower manifold itself. perhaps the intake gasket is leaking it up and onto the lower runners?
Go to an autoparts store and pick up a small container of coolant dye (kit if they have it, unless you've got a small blacklight already)...
I was gonna say, whatever you do don't break a wrench and crush your middle finger on the pinch weld. It hurts. Also, don't kick a stray jackstand across the garage. You'll probably lose a toenail also. :bigthumb:
that's when you look around and go "um, i don't know... HEY, ANYONE KNOW A GOOD DRINK FOR DIRTY WHORES? WHAT'S A GOOD DRINK TO GET A SLUT GOOD AND FUCKED UP?"
