That's wierd. That flapper door will not pass go? Something fell in it's way... That's really odd, because there's nothing in that area that can block it. Take it apart. That's the only way.

Looks can be deceiving, Matt. I'd test those wires with a digital voltmeter. See if there's any surplus of resistance. I just cleaned up the grounds today on my Legacy and added a few extra 10awg wires. From doing that, I noticed stock grounds are horrible on all cars. All grounds are 6mm...
