I'd almost be tempted to buy some lexan or plexi if I were in your shoes, cut into desired length strips/shapes, and form it to your needs with a heat gun.

Mobil1 Oil Filters are good, but they're rebadged Donaldson filters.
Overpricing is the only issue there.
I recommend WIX or Donaldson, aside from a bypass setup like a Canton or Amsoil BMK-13
