Using the gte harness with the na motor might lead to complications. Would have to use the gte afm and the na injectors are like 100cc smaller.
Can also just go to the junkyards and get a good harness and ecu. Or post in the wtb.
I too would look for the cleaner chassis inside and out over the engine. Just save for a jz swap or if you want to rock the 7m save up for a complete turbo swap.
Yes. Can always add the fan in front off the condenser and the second ac fan next to the mech fan.
My 89 has the wiring for the one in front of the condenser tho it never came with it.
I have stock rad. Works fine with a 1j and 62mm.
If i were going to pick between the 2 id get the koyo. Even tho mishi has the lifetime warrenty i would rather not have to worry about it and then wait for a replacement.
Dont hear much of anything about koyos getting busted by the fan for no...
Seeing as your from canada and driving down for a trip i dont think they would give you a hassle. Now if you moved down here and were rolling around with canada plates and no cat and they looked for that then they would tell you to register and smog the car for cali plates.
I rarely get pulled...
