I use Redline hypoid gear oil for the rear. Works great for me, and its what Toyota recomends.

That is certainly not the case. Its purely fact, people who "mod" their motor on the cheap normally frag the motor soon afterward by not doing it properly, and rigging so much it just all fails dramatically.

I know you want to do it yourself obviously. But might I reccomend just going to a body shop because they do have the experience and equipment to weld in a plate. Then you can bondo it yourself and finish it to your quality.

If you have the money... I'd grab some of those magnesium Volk TE37s. They are insanly light, but like over 1000 per wheel.

I know this is frowned upon by nearly everyone... but they DO make a tool for all these funky things, you could always order it. Only problem is it might be a bit shocking hw expensive it is.

Couldn't be more wrong. this would only make him run more rich. I could add as well that JBLMK3 does not use 550s or an SAFC. Only the Lex AFM and FPR to tune with and his A/F curves are very very flat. But unless you know very very well what you are doing I do not reccomend running stock...
