Oh, I just realized you were an automatic. In that case, there is a trans cooler inside the stock radiator, which obviously is ATF also. So you could be correct in saying that it is ATF, accept those lines are for your trans and not the PS and they certainly could be leaking fluid from your...
Well, its impossible to be leaking PS fluid from the radiator hoses. If you are SURE its ATF (power steering fluid) and not red coolant then most likely its coming from the high pressure line. I know from maintenance records my car has had it replaced 3 times in its 107k mile life. So thats...
I'll take a shot at it
I normally tighten them until you can see it has smushed in the coupler about level with the clamp band.
I would put it where the battery went. BTW, I would highly reccomend the tiny Odyssey battery for weight loss.
3rd one I can't say for sure so I won't waste my time...
You might be able to replace it with a silicone one. I've never seen it in person but from those pics it looks like you could cut a 45* piece to fit in there.

Any specific reason you decided not to go with "specialty" oils?
I'd reccomend that you go with Redline MT90, it works very well with our syncros since it has no friction modifiers in it (at least from what I've read it doesn't). Makes shifting very easy and smooth. Others its kind of a gamble...
True, it will be cause for potential boost leaks at higher boost. Well, any bost above stock and its about ready to let go. So can it be done? Sure, but you may at least want to replace the stocker with a Bosch for security against leaks.
Couple things:
I don't understand which is running the FP here. I thought it was the wire you ran through the cabin (and I'm assuming down through the hatch port into the tank?) but then you're also sending power to the stock wiring? Whats the reason for that? Sorry if these are supposed to be...
You should be able to put a standard GM/Ford filter on the turbo one too... space providing.
Upon more research of the remote oil filter kits; the adapter that they all use for the 7M, NA or turbo, is 3/4-16. I'm assuming that it is actually VERY close, so much so that it doesn't make a...
If its dumping such a HUGE amount of coolant I'm kind of surprised you can't see at least something. I mean, that space its coming from must be like the size of a radiator hose!
Hi guys, simple question. What are the threads on the oil filter, and if its different between turbo and NA for some bizarre reason, for the NA filter stud. I need to know to build my custom oil cooler setup for the spin on adapter. Thanks!
